These data are used only to have anonymous statistical information about the use of the website and to check if it’s working properly; they are kept for the time required by the law. They could be used to identify responsibilities in case of possible data processing violation against the website.

Specific safety measures are observed to prevent loss of data, illicit uses or uncorrect and unauthorized accesses.
Subjects’ rights: the subjects who the personal details refer to are entitled in any moment to receive confirmation of the existence or erasure of their detalis, to know their content and provenance, verify their exactitude or ask for their integration, updating or correction (art.7 of d.lgs. n. 196/2003).
According to this article they are also entitled to ask for the erasure, the conversion to anonymous form or the blockage of their data if their treatment violates the law and to oppose in any case to their treatment for legitimate reasons.
